Position Overview

VPSA Strategic Accounts Hospitality - Singapore

NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT AND DUTIES

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing a strategic, accountable plan to prospect, manage and grow Shaw’s Hospitality, Global and Strategic Accounts business.
- Coordinate sales planning, account management and business development with Singapore International Global Accounts and Sales Management Teams to leverage our opportunity with these accounts.
- Communicate and coordinate all activities related to Global and Strategic accounts with Commercial DVP’s, RVP’s, TM’s, VPSA’s and Marketing Management across all brands.
- Lateral Influence Leadership within Shaw Industries to implement the Global & Strategic Accounts plan.
- Establish relationships, communication, and engagement with sales management and salespeople across all brands.
- Act as catalyst and multiplier for hospitality selling at Shaw Industries
- Establish new Global and Strategic Accounts. Expand and protect existing relationships, realize full potential with current Global & Strategic Accounts
- Research and map current and new Global & Strategic Accounts
- Communication and conduit for Global & Strategic Accounts across the company
- Utilize sales automation tools and process to track projects ordered directly from Shaw as well as from local service providers in the market.
- Be involved with RFPs, contracts, and agreements strategically

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Three or more years of commercial industry experience working with Hospitality and Multinational Companies.
- Hospitality selling experience with sales performance growth history.
- Leadership and Lateral influence skills are necessary
- Ability to travel throughout India and the Middle East.
- Singapore position—passport or visa to work in Singapore required.
