- We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Programme Manager to oversee the Bank's Wealth Management Analyst Programme as well as the Junior High Potential Talent Program. As the Graduate Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding talented graduates to join our organization. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing comprehensive programmes that facilitate the growth, learning and successful transition of recent graduates into the organisation. You will also partner with the Talent Management Lead to oversee the identification, development, and retention of promising individuals within our organization. You will play a critical role in identifying and nurturing talented employees at an early stage in their careers to maximize their potential and contribute to the long-term success of our organization.
- This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for nurturing young talent.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive graduate program strategy aligned with the organization's goals and values.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partner, hiring managers, and senior leaders, to identify graduate program objectives, target areas, and program requirements.
- Design and manage the end-to-end graduate program lifecycle, including program development, recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, rotation assignments, mentorship, and career development initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions to attract top graduate talent and create partnerships for program collaboration.
- Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for new graduate hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and their respective roles.
- Facilitate regular performance reviews and evaluations for program participants, providing feedback, coaching, and guidance to support their growth and development.
- Monitor program effectiveness and success metrics, collecting feedback from program participants, managers, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven program enhancements.
In addition, you will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy for high-potential individuals at the junior level within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR, senior leaders, and department managers to identify and define the criteria and characteristics of high-potential talent at the junior level.
- Identify and assess high-potential individuals through talent assessments, performance evaluations, feedback from managers, and other relevant sources.
- Design and implement individualized development plans for high-potential employees, outlining specific actions, milestones, and resources required to enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to high-potential employees, helping them navigate their career paths and overcome developmental challenges.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance discussions with high-potential employees, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth and career advancement.
- Identify and create opportunities for high-potential individuals to gain exposure to cross-functional projects, stretch assignments, and leadership experiences.
- Monitor the progress and success of high-potential employees, collecting feedback from managers, peers, and other stakeholders to assess their development and readiness for future roles.
**Qualifications**
**What you'll bring with you**:
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Graduate Program Manager, Talent Development Manager, or in a similar role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of graduate development programs, best practices, and current trends.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
