**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise M&E works and ensure works are carried out are in accordance to drawings, specifications, shop drawings and method statements.
- To conduct pre-inspection with subcontractors prior to calling for RE/RTO inspections.
- Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.
- To ensure site works are carried out according to daily / weekly site coordination schedule.
- Carry out In-process Quality Control inspection from time to time to ensure the quality is within acceptable range.
- Report any abnormality on site, such as WSHE, quality, misconduct, delay, etc.
- To do proper inventory check to ensure enough materials are available for works.
- Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
- Ability to identify and resolve any site issues faced at the work site.
- Ability to plan and coordinate inter disciplinary works and shop drawings.
- Receiving structural materials from suppliers.
- To keep site records.
- To carry out works as assigned and ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise site workers, identify operating problems and perform trouble shooting and emergency repairs
- Perform installation of TBM parts, routine maintenance work on TBM equipment including repair and replacement of damaged/worn out parts
- Testing of TBM equipment to ensure it is running smoothly
- Preparation and submission of site daily progress reports.
- To perform testing and commissioning at work site.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project site construction in M&E activities, tunnelling and supervision.
- TBM Assembly/Dismantle experience in the construction site.
- Work experience in the Slurry TBM as M&E SV.
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to work in team and cope in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to leverage on team.
- Resourceful, meticulous, able to multi-task and handle pressure well.
- Responsible and positive working attitude.
