**The role**
- Ideate and create great video content for social and digital channels - including TIkTok, IG, FB and LinkedIn
- Basic design and layout of artwork to post on socials
- Manging channels and posting content
- Ideating small tactical content ideas, right through to big campaigns
- Working directly with the accounts, production and creative team to produce work
- Role will likely involve working 2 days in house with one of our clients, and 3 days at distillery
- In direct contact with the client to respond to their needs when it comes to creative outputs
- Writing catchy, cut through copy
- Help on new business, and support us in growing our content creator department
- Work on internal projects for distillery

**About you**:

- You’ve got an eye for creative detail
- You LOVE social content and are up to date on trends across platforms
- You can shoot and edit social content
- higher production value skills are a major bonus
- You have good design and conceptual skills
- You are confident talking to clients
- You want to develop well rounded creative skills
- You love working collaboratively and can and contribute to the creative development of projects
- You’re ambitious, proactive and keen to learn
- You are comfortable meeting deadlines with time to spare and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You are methodical and happy to multi-task
- You are able to critically assess your own work in order to meet the high standards expected from clients and producers
