**Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with a physical and online retail presence in Singapore and the region.**

We’re hiring a BTV Brand Insider (Lite). This person would play a vital role in providing a memorable store experience for our community. They would know the Beyond The Vines brand right from its core, and would be able to translate the voice seamlessly to the community through their service. A BTV Brand Insider (Lite) should be an instinctive empath, understanding the needs of our community, even down to specific preferences of an individual community member that pops by at our stores like family (yes, plus points for remembering names and quirks). A great conversationalist, we love an easygoing, personable character that people would naturally gravitate to.

**Job Summary**

BTV Brand Insiders (Lite) are the retail face of BTV. They’ll not only be an expert on all our products but would also be a master at daily store operations and logistics — making sure the gears are always oiled and running smoothly. Working in tandem with our BTV Brand Insiders (Pro), the BTV Brand Insider (Lite) will be working on the floor to always keep the stores buzzing The main focus of this job would be providing authentic hospitality to the faces that we encounter and making them feel right at home.

**Responsibilities**
- At the heart of the crew, we truly believe in providing radical service for raving fans, that means thinking inside and outside the box to build lasting friendships with our community.
- Foster active and genuine relationships with our customers, remembering their preferences to offer a customised store experience.
- Understand our products inside out, and be able to recommend supporting products that would enhance the customer’s lifestyle.
- Understand and execute the daily technical operations of the store such as POS (point of sale) management, inventory stocktake, and stock management.
- Work closely with other BTV Brand Insiders (Lite) and Brand Insiders (Pro).

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
