**Principal Designer**

You will be responsible for delivering world-class digital solutions and design strategy for our globally recognised clients. Furthermore, you will also work with our clients from discovery to delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams to create tangible results for their business and their customers. Principal designer is encouraged to share their experiences and methods with peers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to conceptualize creative office design concepts to meet the needs of the business and its intended audience, in a high degree of visual fidelity and detail as needed.
- Space planning, conceptual design development and detailing
- Present design and creative thinking to clients, drawing on relevant research insights to ground recommendations and decisions
- Support costing and planning activity of design deliverables, report on the status of such deliverables to the programme management team
- Backing up the wider sales team by identifying business opportunities, leading pitches, and generating ideas and suggestions for prospective work
- Uphold company’s leadership and values at all times
- Manage the team and organise regular meetings with team members to discuss and access their work
- Challenge yourself and others to think creatively and improve the standard of our work by making recommendations for training and development

**Requirements**:

- Recognized degree-level education in Interior Design or other relevant fields
- Passionate about Interior Design
- Positive working attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess strong conceptualization skills; excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in similar capacity
- Software knowledge: Autodesk 3D max, Sketchup, V-ray, Auto-Cad, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro DC, Microsoft Office
