As a member of Team PMG, you’ll work with our account management and creative teams to develop, manage and execute a wide range of exciting marketing projects, campaigns or events for our clients. **Responsibilities**
- Strictly manage the marketing project’s timeline and ensure efficient delivery of digital and direct marketing communications.
- Work closely with our in-house specialist teams to ensure smooth operation and production of each marketing project.
- Liaise with third-party partners and/or vendors to make sure their deliverables are provided as requested.
- Assist the Account Manager in managing a portfolio of clients and tracking marketing budgets.
- Proactively assess the project budget to identify potential risks before they affect deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Proven proficiency in project management
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an events/marketing role
- Analytical, performance-driven, and meticulous eye for detail with strong teamwork skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills preferred for developing marketing communication materials
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Relevant experience as a digital marketing specialist or in hybrid events management will be a distinct advantage

**Academic qualification**
- Degree in Marketing Communications or related disciplines
