- Develop and formulate beverage prototypes in line with project requirements, industrial standards, and country-specific regulations.
- Proficient in handling lab process equipment such as UHT, aseptic filler, homogenizer, carbonator, hot water bath, autoclave, and high shear mixer.
- Basic understanding of product heat treatment across different beverage categories to ensure safety.
- Good sensory skills to evaluate and select appropriate flavors for products.
- Understands the commercial needs of the market and acts as the technical contact for key category customers.
- Manages raw materials, laboratory supplies, and maintains housekeeping standards.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and maintains effective communication with team members and clients.
- Responsible for evaluating products (both in-house and external), developing new recipes, and modifying existing ones for customer submission.
- Conducts tests on food ingredients and prototypes, ensuring adherence to food quality standards.
- Conceptualizes ideas from food preparation processes for marketing purposes.
- Delivers requirements through timely and effective project management.
- Handles any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Hold a Diploma/Degree in Food Technology/Science/Nutrition or any related Applied Science field.
- Possess Good Communication Skills, Be Meticulous, Always Accurate Results Driven
- Quick-Thinking, Versatility to be able to Solve Problems
- Highly-Motivated & able to work Independently
- Strong Desire to own projects and exceed beyond expectations
- Versatility and Ability to find solutions and deliver results
- Strong Command: MS Word/Excel, etc
