**About the Role**:
ATOP Academy is looking for dedicated Assistant Tutors (Trainee) to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality and engaging lessons for Junior College (JC) or Secondary students, using our structured curriculum and learner-focused teaching approach. This position is crucial in helping students strengthen problem-solving skills, build confidence, and achieve academic success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive and concept-driven lessons for JC or Sec-level students.
- Teach topics aligned with the H1/H2 syllabus and the academy’s academic goals.
- Develop and adapt lesson materials, worksheets, and assessment tools for different learner profiles.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing actionable feedback and support.
- Encourage critical thinking and reasoning in an engaging classroom environment.
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians on student progress when appropriate.
- Participate in the enhancement of the curriculum and enrichment initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably from a local Singapore government university (e.g., NUS, NTU, SMU, SUSS, SIT, SUTD) or equivalent.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to student achievement.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
