**Customer Service**:

- Manage customer onboarding process
- Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.
- Perform daily transaction checking.
- Consolidate customer settlement report.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback in the company's database.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management.

**Ad Hoc Duties**:

- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Higher NITEC, Diploma in Business, accouting or a related field
- Proven experience in customer service and accounting roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
