We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Confectionery Shop Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our confectionery shop. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing excellent customer service. You will also supervise and support our team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Oversight**:Manage day-to-day operations of the confectionery shop, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor product quality and presentation to maintain our brand standards and meet customer expectations.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
- **Team Leadership**:Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
Schedule and assign tasks to team members based on workload and priorities.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, recognizing achievements, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed, ensuring a pleasant and memorable shopping experience.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Actively promote products, specials, and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
