This position is responsible for the Civil, Structural and Architectural Engineering of the project and will be managing the design and construction of a Technology Translation Centre (Carbon Capture and Utilisation Translational Testbed) on Jurong Island. He/she will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the project across the phases of engineering, construction, commissioning and operation of the new first-in-its-class technology translation facility for advancing new sustainable and green process technologies on Jurong Island.

Key Accountabilities
- Manage and coordinate interfaces between CSA design and construction with other disciplines eg. electrical, automation, utilities, ACMV, process and mechanical engineering in the project
- Act as the Primary interface with CSA and infrastructure engineering providers during the engineering and construction phase of the project
- Review and validate all CSA engineering document and deliverables to ensure quality of design
- Coordinate and engage with external parties e.g. contractors/vendors, utility providers, insurers, Singapore Authorities to ensure compliance and successful delivery of project
- Oversee and/or support commissioning and handover of facility including infrastructure and process plants from contractors
- Supports the Project team in knowledge transfer during design and commissioning activities
- Engage internal stakeholders and external stakeholders for reporting and update
- Reports to project leaders and supervisor

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor ‘s or Master’s Degree in Construction Managing or other engineering fields eg. Civil engineering. 8+ years of relevant experience in small to middle sized capital investment projects, preferably in the Process and Chemical sectors.
- Possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in small to middle sized capital investment projects, preferably in the process industry
- Ability to appreciate and align all related disciplines of process, mechanical, electrical and automation, civil and architecture and understand their interfaces
- Knowledge in Navis Works and BIM 360 a significant advantage
- A self-driven and meticulous individual who has the strong ability to multi-task
- Good time management skills and ability to deliver results under tight timelines
- Possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and organization skills
