- Position Title**:Loan Officer (SME Loans)**:

- Working Location: Chinatown
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to $4000 + Commission**:

- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform corporate and personal loan disbursement.
- To provide clear and coherent explanation of loan contract terms, products, and details to customers.
- Make follow-up calls with customers for better business opportunities.
- Perform relief/acting duties in the branch, assisting to manage the operations of the branch such as loan processing, credit approval, provision of loan products to clients, branch administration, etc.
- Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information.
- Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions.
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
