Transfer Pricing Manager

We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the transfer pricing strategies of the company. The goal of transfer pricing is to ensure that profits are allocated fairly among all parties involved. You will be working in a dynamic and international environment as our team is truly global with a presence around the globe.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing transfer pricing policies and strategies that comply with local and international tax laws and regulations.
- Preparing and reviewing intercompany agreements
- Reviewing and analyzing the company's financial transactions to ensure that they are properly documented and comply with transfer pricing rules.
- Monitoring transfer pricing policies against outcomes
- Conducting economic analyses and preparing transfer pricing documentation to support the company's transfer pricing policies.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with tax authorities and other relevant stakeholders, and representing the company in transfer pricing audits or disputes.
- Providing advice and guidance to business units and other departments on transfer pricing matters.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations related to transfer pricing, and ensuring that the company's transfer pricing policies are updated accordingly.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as legal, finance, and accounting, to ensure that transfer pricing is integrated into the company's overall strategy.
- Supervising and training other members of the finance team on transfer pricing and managing external consultants and advisors.

**Qualifications and skills**
- MA/MS, MBA, LLM or similar
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Accounting, consulting and/or multinational corporation experience preferred. 2+ years of transfer pricing experience. Experience from Big Four is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of D365 is an advantage
- Experience with ERP systems
