**Roles and Responsibilities:
- **
- Lead conversations with payments business and operations teams to capture requirements and objectives.
- Serve as the client's trusted referent for payments domain knowledge and analysis.
- Work with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently lead others in initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing the client's solution.
- Translate the client's complex business requirements into formal agreements.
- Manage the BA team, consultants, and delivery.

**Mandatory Requirements and Skills:

- Strong understanding of the payments industry, global trends, regulatory and compliance initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in a constantly changing landscape with strict timelines and outcomes.
- Lead engagements independently, covering internal aspects as well as client requirements.
- Strong exposure to Payments & Cash Management technology and end-to-end lifecycle across ACH, RTGS, Real-Time Payments, and Open Banking.
- Exposure to SWIFT & ISO 20022 Message Processing Clearing & Settlement Systems (e.g., RTGS, ACH, RTP, Singapore MEPS+/FAST, Hong Kong CHATS/FPS, Malaysia Rentas/HOUSe/Giro payments, etc.), Payments schemes rulebooks, and requirements understanding.
- Exposure to Corporate Internet Banking & Direct Channels (Host2Host file transfers), Mobile banking PSD2, Open Banking Payments Service Provider (PSP), Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), etc.
- Exposure to one or more products like Finastra-GPP, FIS Clear2Pay-OPF, Dovetail, ACI-MTS, TCS Bancs Payments, Finacle Payments Solution, etc.
- Proven track record and experience in managing complex projects in the financial services market.
- Ability to understand business objectives and transform them into solution requirements.
- High impact presentation skills to present highly visible solutions and services to the client.
- Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills; creative, innovative team player able to convince all stakeholders and bridge differences.

- 10-15 years of experience.
**Prior Background:
- **
- Minimum 10+ years of experience working in a Banking IT organization as part of a Payments & Cash Management group in the role of Lead SME / Senior BA.
- Experience in driving complex engagements covering requirements definition and gathering, transformation roadmap, business case, TOM Solution Design, and IT delivery.
- Multi-country implementation exposure of Payments solutions at regional and global banks.
