Director/ Associate Director, Treasury

Job Purpose:
- Help coordinate and track implementation of Treasury & Markets (T&M_ initiatives
- Oversee, track and analyse financial matrix trends of T&M
- Oversee the operational costs of T&M, check SLA entries, GT charges and ensure that OPEX is within budget
- Drive business and digital development priorities
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee, track and analyse financial matrix trends and OPEX of T&M
- Produce reports as necessary to facilitate presentations
- Align, enhance and develop business processes to enhance overall efficiencies
- To coordinate implementation of digital development for T&M
- To work with Treasury programmers to digitalize processes required
- To coordinate for T&M on any required GT infrastructure for digital projects
- Work with in-country and regional stakeholders to help drive Treasury & Markets regional strategies to ensure consistency with HQ’s direction
**Requirements**:
- Degree in any discipline
- Treasury experience and preferably with added experience in overall businesss unit setup & management
- Knowledge of the banking industry, Treasury & Markets business and related products and services
- Understanding of financial statements, risk management and Treasury process flows
- Competency in programming and IT implementation experience will be an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders from different departments and geographies to deliver defined output within stipulated timeframes
- Ability to communicate effectively, lead discussions, meetings and projects
