- Provide excellent and effective partnership with business stakeholders and HR team across functions and regional geographies regarding compensation and benefits strategy.
- Responsible and support the end to end C&B (Compensation & Benefit), Total Rewards processes, including job design, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, job matching, and market research
- Assist to support employee life cycle process from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Maintain and update employee data
- Prepare HR reports as and when required by the business
- Support employees and answer questions regarding employee benefits, welfare, and policies on a daily basis
- Evaluate and implement appropriate policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
- Undertake any other tasks/projects initiated by the Office Manager or HQ

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree holder
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience with prior working experience in Compensations, Benefits, Total Rewards.
- Experience in the e-commerce, fashion & beauty, FMCG industry or consultancy is preferred.
- Highly meticulous and pay attention to detail
- Positive working attitude, a strong team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $15,000.00 per month
