Concept Grading, the leading group submission service in South East Asia - handling thousands of cards monthly - is seeking entrants with basic knowledge in card and collectibles grading, value, and retail. **What You’ll Do**:
**Customer Consultation & Pre‑Assessment**

Engage with customers, assessing card condition and advising whether they should be sent for grading. You'll build trust by explaining grading criteria and estimating value with growing accuracy.

**Grading Guidance & Quality Insight**

Help customers understand grading stages and value - clarifying when a card is “worth” sending, or when it’s better to hold off.

**Retail Support: Buy / Sell / Trade**

Operate in our retail section: assist clients with buying, selling, and trading of collectibles. You'll also provide recommendations and conduct quick assessments for sales or trades.

**Track & Educate**

Teach customers how to use our seamless platform to follow submissions - from status updates to grade reveal - all while nurturing an engaging, educational experience.
