**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of electro-mechanical equipment and instrumentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product, Design, and Quality Assurance) to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and product quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Associates degree or equivalent.
- Experience in a role involving technical service of laboratory and research equipment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
- Flexibility to travel internationally if required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be authorized to live and work in Singapore.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
