You will gain a lot of opportunities for technological growth while changing the global payment landscape - Define resource allocation, project scope, roles and responsibilities and project timeline within ShopeePay team - Have a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities of engineers to support Tech Leads in the allocation of resources - Drive project direction and actively monitor project status to ensure high quality of project delivery. Facilitate weekly status meetings, review and report to stakeholders regularly as a timely update - Identify and address problems that arise with the project team. Decide alternatives/workaround in time to ensure project deliverables still meet expectations - Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Cross-functional team to resolve issues that arise within the project lifecycle - Responsible for internal and external project-related communications, improving and optimise the project processes, and delivering project requirements - Develop project management standards and ensure the implementation of standards within the organisation **Requirements**: - Demonstrated by relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or above, educational background or work experience related to fintech and/or payment. - Comfortable working in a variety of delivery methods for example Waterfall, Agile & Hybrid styles - Analytical and structured thinking with the ability to break problems down into milestones and deliverables - Good discipline in risk control to achieve a high standard in a highly regulated environment - Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements - Highly effective in communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient in communicating with non-technical stakeholders and the ability to build and foster internal relationships - Possesses knowledge usage of Jira and Confluence is a must
