**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and enhance communication lines with both existing and new clients to fortify business relations.
- Actively engage in client visits and maintain active communication to understand their needs and preferences.

- Training Program Structure: The selected trainee will rotate through the Production and Marketing/Sales departments during the 6-month in-house training program. The trainee will also be enrolled in relevant external courses to supplement their learning and development.
- Career Progression: Upon completion of the trainee program, individuals will have the opportunities to advance to managerial and ultimately, management positions within the company.
