**What You’ll Do**:
As a **Care Staff**, you’ll play an active role in **creating, coordinating, and delivering programmes**that keep seniors engaged, active, and connected.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute **engaging programmes and community events**for seniors.
- Manage all aspects of event operations - from registration and logistics to post-event evaluation.
- Work closely with **service providers, volunteers and community partners**to ensure smooth and impactful delivery.
- Keep **accurate records**for programme evaluation and improvement.
- Lead **outreach and home visitation efforts**to connect with more seniors in the community.
- Support the **Centre Manager**in daily centre operations and new initiatives that bring joy to our seniors.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking someone who is **caring, organised, and community-minded**.

**Requirements**:

- A **Diploma or higher**in social work, community development, gerontology, or a related field.
- Strong organisational, communication, and computing skills.
- Conversational ability in **Mandarin or local dialects**will be a strong advantage.
- A **collaborative team player**who works well with colleagues, volunteers and partners.
- **Open to learning and adapting to new systems and technology**when required.
- Experience in eldercare, social service, or community work is a plus.
- Most importantly — a **cheerful heart and genuine interest in seniors.
