**The Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and UAT deliverables.
- Design, develop and document detailed test plans and cases.
- Coordinate, manage and track the progress of UAT until completion and ensure alignment of timeline.
- Execute test cases, document test results, raise and retest defects/bugs till test cases are closed/passed.
- Provide UAT status reports and updates, and escalate issues that may impact the UAT schedule.
- Work closely with the IT team to resolve any defects/deviations timely and effectively.
- Ensuring product quality standards are met.
- Any other ad hoc matters as assigned.

**Ideal Profile**

**Skills Required**:

- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Quality Assurance / Testing, Business Analyst role in a large-scale finance institutions/systems.
- Expertise in Regression Testing would be highly valuable.
- Possesses some knowledge in Financial Services/ Trading & Investment Services/ Digital Products & Platforms.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments with strong multi-tasking abilities and time management skills.
- Experienced in using defect management tool JIRA.
- Self-initiator with good teamwork, interpersonal skills, and keen learning attitude.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as there will be regular engagement with China-based counterparts.
