**Key Responsibilities**:
**Construction Supervisor Duties**:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients for progress updates.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure standards are met.
- Maintain construction logs, reports, and site documentation.

**Driver Duties**:

- Operate company vehicles (pickup, van, or small truck) to transport materials, tools, and personnel to and from site.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in safe working condition.
- Follow traffic laws and safety procedures at all times.
- Order of materialsAssist with loading/unloading of materials.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction supervision or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle used.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings (basic level if not professional).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Physically fit and able to work in a demanding site environment.
