Singapore GAMELOGIC PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate effectively with other departments of the development team (Tech, Art, QA, Product, etc) to create the best product possible;
- Drive designs of systems/content following the overall game creative direction to meet the KPI requirements;
- Ensure that all systems/content are well documented in a way that is clear & suitable for communication for the entire development team;
- Maintain a data driven design methodology for systems/content design by careful analysis of user feedback and key metrics to adjust game play and balance;
- Maintain healthy overall game economy balance to extend longevity of released products;

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in game design, including at least 2 years of live operation experience in PC/mobile games;
- Minimum of 1 shipped game title from conceptualization to product release.
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills to transform qualitative/quantitative feedback into game systems/content that fulfil the results of the analysis.
- Ability to create detailed and effective documentation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PC/mobile games and relevant game design theories.
- Deep passion for games across multiple genres on PC/mobile platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills and promote a conducive environment for collaboration and team play;

**Bonus**:

- Experience working with game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine;
- Experience working with agile production methodologies and relevant project management tools such as JIRA;
- Experience working in other roles such as Tech, Art, QA, etc;
