The Possible Class is collaborating with Finland’s **Arkki **to deliver its award-winning programme to Singapore.

The Arkki’s curriculum is module-based. The teacher/coach will need to undergo progressive training for the modules and be certified/equipped with course content to conduct actual classes.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and conduct creative sessions in physical classroom setting and virtually, if the situation requires. Able to manage classes with effective timetabling and punctuality.
- Guide and supervise the materials/operations co-ordinator in sourcing, procurement, packing and preparation of creative projects’ materials for workshops, lessons and events that the coach is leading.
- Design workshops and activities by leveraging the Arkki proprietary content or creating original ones, and ensuring the smooth execution of activities by the coaching team.
- Assess, record and report student’s progress and development in a timely fashion and provide appropriate feedback to schools and parents.
- Build strong relationships with parents and work collaboratively with them to ensure learners are supported in their learning journeys.

**Expectations**
- Must be available to conduct classes during weekends - on rotation basis if required.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to deliver results with creativity and determination.
- Carry a positive, can-do mindset and can manage change well.
- Hands-on, willing to pick up small tasks and go beyond the comfort zone to support team.
- Creative, imaginative and able to think on your feet.
- Collaborator with good communication skills.
