Job Description:

- Instrumental in heightening awareness of conducting business in accordance with the Terex Code of Ethics and Conduct and the Terex Way values.
- Assists with the development, update, and implementation of policies and procedures for the Terex Corporation Compliance Program (the “Compliance Program”) to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Identifies regional changes in applicable rules, regulations, standards, and related trends that are relevant to the Compliance Program.
- Responds promptly to alleged violations of rules, regulations, and policies, procedures, and the Code of Ethics and Conduct that arise in the region. Ensures that Terex business and leadership respond appropriately to violations or concerns that are raised.
- Responsible for the Corporation’s anti-corruption and compliance and operational risk assessment programs.
- Facilitates the systematic assessment of compliance risks in order to identify gaps and manage compliance risks.
- Collaborates with Business Practices Advocates, and other Terex departments (Finance, Human Resources, and Legal) to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
- Working with the CECO, liaises with the Business Practices Advocates in the region on deepening the culture of responsible business practices.
- Manages all compliance related programs in the region.
- Assists in the development and delivery of compliance training to ensure that employees, as needed, are provided with the tools to conduct business responsibly on behalf of Terex.
- With businesses, develops remediation or other plans as required and follows up to ensure implementation.
- Provide other support as requested.
