**Kitchen Assistant**

Company: Sari RasaWorking Location: East - Upper Changi Road (Nearest MRT: Tanah Merah / Upper Changi MRT)Working Hours: 6 days per week, 11 hours per day (including OT)
Salary Package:

- Basic Salary: Up to SGD 2,000/month
- Gross Salary: Up to SGD 2,900/month (including OT)

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Your responsibilities include:

- Preparing and handling a wide variety of ingredients.
- Cooking techniques such as baking, grilling, steaming, and deep-frying meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods.
- Prepping ingredients for menu items and ensuring adequate quantities to minimize wastage.
- Ensuring food portions and presentations align with company standards.
- Verifying the freshness and quality of ingredients and final products.
- Monitoring inventory and reordering stock when necessary.
- Properly storing and handling ingredients at the correct temperatures to prevent spoilage.
- Adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Welcoming and serving customers with professionalism.
- Upholding quality, excellent service, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Ensuring compliance with MUIS Halal Certification requirements.
- Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

**Job Requirements**

- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of food health and safety regulations.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, the eve of public holidays, and on public holidays.
- Possession of a food hygiene certificate is a plus
