- **Performance Test Engineer** to join their team.

**Job Qualification**:
- Six or more years of demonstrable relevant IT work Performance Testing.
- In-depth knowledge and experience working with Microfocus Loadrunner and Jmeter.
- Must have hands-on experience in end-to-end performance testing lifecycle.
- Experience in defining test metrics, conducting analysis, and result reporting.
- Experience in using performance monitors like Dynatrace or APM would be a plus.
- Experience in test automation tools like Selenium, and Appium with one or more coding language skills will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication (spoken and written) skills and be able to work independently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Performance Manager to understand the Performance Testing requirements.
- Establish performance test objectives, acceptance criteria, workload profiles, and use case scenarios.
- Solve complex problems and provide clear and concise reports with recommendations.
- Work closely with development teams, architects, and engineers to test their products under load and make recommendations to improve performance, reliability, and stability.
