**About the Role**

The Cancer Service Line Development department aims to develop cancer services lines for NCCS by focusing on disease management through multi-disciplinary care teams and patient services. As a Senior Executive / Executive, you will work closely with various key stakeholders to implement new clinical services through planning of resources, workload and operational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop service work plans and monitor progress of various cancer service lines projects
- Develop the ability to conduct environmental and data analysis to identify new strategic focus areas and formulate operational strategies
- Facilitate and provide secretariat support to workgroup meetings such as note-taking, preparation of presentation and meeting materials
- Participate in department initiatives and improvement projects, where required

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, strategic or corporate planning role
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive team player with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to perform basic data analytics and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
