Research Executive

Our Client is a Japanese research firm. This role of a Research Executive is responsible for the project management of various types of market research projects, however, no experience will be needed.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Project management of market research projects for mainly Japanese clients & MNCs focusing on the Asia market
- Client service: align with client on business questions, survey design, analysis requests
- Vendor management: communicate client’s request in detail, manage schedule, operation, cost and quality control
- Data processing, quality control
- Qualitative/ Quantitative reports as required
- Creation of questionnaires, implementation of surveys, and aggregation of questionnaires
- Support for ad-hoc projects ie. operation management and conducting checks as per instructions of the project manager

- Possess Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any field
- Fluent in speaking/writing/listening in both Japanese and English is essential for the purpose of communication with clients
- Possess logical and analytical thinking ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, patient and able to conduct data processing and checks accurately
- Able to travel for business trips (Around once a month in APAC)
- Data processing skills using Excel are an added advantage
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
