**The Role**:
As we work as a small, close-knit, collaborative team, this person will be expected to collaborate across disciplines. This person will report directly to the Head of Creative.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop campaign concepts for a range of clients and categories.
- Manage conception and execution of content across traditional, digital, and social platforms.
- Collaborate with strategy, client and studio teams to develop strong integrated campaigns.
- Carefully interpret creative guidelines to produce accurate design/art direction deliverables
- Able to work autonomously on design/creative assignments, often with tight deadlines.
- Clearly communicate visual ideas to leadership with a distinct point of view.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in Design & Communications
- Online portfolio with relevant work examples
- 3-4 years of experience, ideally in a creative/content/social agency environment
- Strong social & digital IQ with an understanding of audience behaviors across platforms
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and extensive knowledge of typography, layout, color, all design fundamentals (scale, proportion, rhythm, balance, symmetry, etc.), beginner skills in After Effects
- Organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across departments, teams, and clients
- All the organizational, communications, and project-juggling skills you need in a creative environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- You can work with other disciplines and clients to understand feedback and even take it sometimes
- Interest in working with strategy and other creatives to take a boring brief and make a thumb-stopping piece of social content or PR sensation
- You are plugged into culture and hungry to make work that takes over culture

We believe in equal pay for equal work, have gender pay equity everywhere in the Collective, and are Fair Pay Workplace Certified. Compensation is evaluated annually to ensure that your earning potential grows as your level of impact and responsibility grows.

The salary range for a Creative / Art at Forsman & Bodenfors in Singapore is S$4,000 to S$8,000.
