Centre Administrator Role
- Support in all duties necessary for the smooth day to day running of centre operations.
- Build strong rapport and relationships with fellow teachers, parents and students.
- Respond promptly to enquiries from parents, with understanding of the centre’s curriculum and classes.
- Manage the scheduling of lessons and trial classes effectively.
- Proactive in listening and resolving customer issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions, including billing, receipts, payments and accounting.

**Requirements**:

- Cheerful personality and passionate about working with teachers, parents and students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Well organized, meticulous and responsible
- Willing to learn with a positive attitude
- Committed to a permanent stint at the centre
- Full time or part time options available, with Saturday or Sunday.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

- Mon: 11am - 7pm
- Tues: 11am - 7pm
- Wed: 11am - 7pm
- Thurs: 11am - 7pm
- Fri: 11am - 7pm
- Sat: 830am
- 430pm
- Sun: 830am - 430pm
