Immediate Hiring Program and Content Executive

Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore We are seeking a highly motivated, creative and experienced Program and Content Executive to join our team in Singapore. As the Program and Content Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging event programs and creating high-quality content in our events activities such as birthday party, school visit, stage performance, playground activity. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing events and producing compelling content across various platforms. **Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Program Execution & Coordination
- Manage booking schedules, venue allocation, and customer communications for various program types.
- Coordinate on-site logistics including staff deployment, set-up, teardown, and materials preparation.
- Ensure accurate and timely post-program actions: follow-up communication, feedback collection, invoicing, and documentation.
- Assist in the facilitation of programs including welcoming participants, conducting briefings, and supporting activities.
- Liaise with internal departments (Ops, Creative, Marketing) to ensure program materials, venues, and resources are in place.
- Monitor program timelines to ensure adherence to schedules and service standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and SOPs for repeatable processes to support scaling and cross-training.

2. Outreach & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a lead database for schools, corporate groups, and enrichment partners.
- Log communications and prepare reports to track outreach effectiveness and lead conversion.
- Support collaboration efforts with schools, parent groups, and community organizations.

3. Program Development & Content Enhancement
- Support the ideation and refinement of program content to ensure it remains engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with brand values.
- Conduct basic research on educational and market trends to improve program offerings.
- Gather, compile, and analyze feedback to recommend enhancements to content or delivery.
- Assist in the testing and piloting of new activities, games, or enrichment modules.

4. Safety, Quality, and Compliance
- Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to during programs, especially for children.
- Assist in conducting pre-event risk assessments and safety briefings.
- Flag and report any incidents or safety concerns immediately.
- Work with relevant teams to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and venue readiness before and after each session.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Prior experience in event execution, customer engagement, or educational program delivery is a plus.

2. Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling systems preferred.

3. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication.

5. Positive attitude, energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working with children.

**Qualifications Requirements**

1. Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Early Childhood Education, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
