Managing and delivering day-to-day operational requirements of Clients on all projects
Proposing proactive update on trends by analyzingretail environment through audit, benchmarks, participation to conferences
Assisting the creative team by synthesizing useful insights from different sources in consolidated presentations
Participating in the design thinking approach and in the creation of inspirational design presentation to translate our work
An ability to speak French would be a plus as a lot of our clients are French, based in France
Owns the briefing process
Managing development, negotiation, evaluation and recommendation of creative proposals
Creating and maintaining project schedules to proactively identify risks and track milestones
Ensure maintenance of agreements and organize documentation at all times
Does regular competitive evaluation
Foster great working relationships internally and externally
