**Responsibilities**:
Lead and Manage a team of Executives/Officers and Term Contractors for Integrated Facility Management Contract on the following key areas:

- Verification of Monthly KPI Report and Performance Criteria
- Manage and review the monthly report by ensuring all KPI are fulfilled, and all required information are reported before submission to client.
- Review and analyze trend on the cases logged for the previous month.
- Identify for recurrent issues and plan for long term solutions.
- Ensure that each department are managing the expectation in accordance with the
- required standards (Hard FM, Soft FM, Projects, Event Team, Commercial)

Project Management - Oversee Space Management and A&A works together with the respective site executives.

Health & Safety - Manage PTW approval, Safety Site Walks and Incident Investigation together with WSHO Executive

Administration & Compliance
- Ensure all C&W standards are being followed for operations.
- Perform Quality Audits to review performance and identify defects/ faults/ shortfalls on monthly basis.

Contractor Management
- Review service contract specification for Soft FM, Hard FM, and Projects works
- Ability to establish and verify Scope work in compliance with the FM Contract and Client requirements
- Coordinate and manage procurement exercise for A&A and Ad Hoc works.
- Perform evaluation and submit recommendation report to client for approval.
- Manage contractor’s performance KPI on monthly basis and address performance shortfall accordingly.

Attend all High-Level Management meetings.

- Quality Management Meeting
- Weekly Operation Meeting

People Management
- Ability to manage a team of Executives and Officers
- Able to build good working relationship with Client
- Attend and respond to the operation needs of client as and when it is required

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognized Degree from a recognized tertiary establishment
- Minimum 3 years relevant FM experience.
- Strong knowledge in Soft FM/Hard FM/ Project Management / FM Contract
- Good report writing and communication skills.
- Team leader of the site team and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
