**ENMP/OneSKY Technical Business Analyst**

Responsible for investigating and analysing requirements, and leading the investigation and analysis of Program Change Requests

**The Opportunity**:
The Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP) will deliver updates to operational (mission-critical) and corporate networks that will ensure existing systems remain connected to deliver safe, efficient, and effective Air Navigation and Aviation Rescue and Fire Fighting services; as well as enabling future enhancements to support future requirements for CMATS, Remote Service Delivery and the Flexible Use of Airspace.

The ENMP/OneSKY Dependency and Delivery team is responsible for the relationship between ENMP and OneSKY as well as investigating and analysing change requirements and PCR’s put forward by OneSKY.

As the ENMP/OneSKY Technical Business Analyst you will be responsible for investigating and analysing requirements, and you will lead the investigation and analysis of Program Change Requests for OneSKY related activities

The output will include reporting to stakeholders on viability of the request including resourcing, timing and budget.

The position is a critical role in the relationship between two “mega” programs (ENMP & OneSKY) and it is expected that the need for a Technical Business Analyst will be required for the life of the program; initially, the role will run for 12 months.

**Skills/experience required**:

- Experience in the analysis and reporting of system and business requirements including documenting financial, technical, and business risk.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with ICT and business senior executives, internal and external stakeholders and to escalate issues appropriately.
- Demonstrable experience with regard to interpersonal, consultative, organisational and facilitation skills
- Demonstrable experience engaging with geologically diverse project teams
- High attention to detail and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy

**Desirable**:

- Ability to demonstrate a deep level of understanding of mapping requirements to business & systems
- Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrable experience regarding system of systems thinking and analytical problem solving

**Eligibility**:

- Australian Citizens eligible for a Security Clearance
