Our Client is a renowned name in the property fund management industry, with offices in the major markets in Asia. It is growing its Singapore office (which also serves as its regional headquarters), and as such, has a newly created role of Group Finance Manager.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this individual contributor role will be in charge of group accounting process for the Company. This includes the preparation of quality monthly consolidated financial statements, as well as corresponding variance analysis, for both statutory and management purposes. You will help ensure that the Company complies with regulatory requirements for financial reporting matters, and also take the lead in developing and implementing best practices in financial reporting by improving processes and systems.

Ideally, you are a Chartered Accountant/CPA with at least 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 4 years in a Big 4 accounting firm. Expertise in group accounting consolidation is highly preferred. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and are highly energetic and self-motivated. Expertise in SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
