Director Roles & Responsibilities Job Description

1. Organize the formulation of the company's strategic planning and annual business objectives, and supervise the formulation of annual, monthly and weekly work plans and specific action measures for all departments of the company to ensure that the company's strategic objectives are effectively decomposed.

2. Organize relevant departments to establish, optimize and implement relevant processes and systems for plan management, brand management, public relations management, meeting management, seal management, etc., to ensure the smooth implementation of the various assigned management tasks and continuously improve their operational efficiency.

3. Participate in the establishment of performance appraisal index and target system for each department, and assist in job value appraisal and salary research.

4. Develop the company's quality policy and quality objectives, and preside over management reviews to ensure the effectiveness of the quality system.

5. Assist the HR Administration Department to conduct interviews and probationary evaluations of the company's employees in order to match people and jobs.

6. Responsible for the strategic positioning of the corporate brand, coordinating the establishment of a complete corporate identity system, organizing the construction of the brand structure and brand communication and other management work.

7. Responsible for establishing brand management files, setting up evaluation system, tracking brand assets and conducting brand evaluation.

8. Coordinate and manage all departments of the company, and coordinate all departments to carry out their work effectively..

Qualification

1. Fluent and proficient in written & communication in Chinese and English.

2. At least 6 years of work experience of Team leading, international business development, and business operating

3. Experience in managing and supervising company.

4. Familiar with China and Worldwide semi-conductor market.

5. Experience in leading and directing sales team.

6. Successful cases in the filed of semiconductor etc.
