Supply Chain Executive

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, from planning and procurement to delivery. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing new supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End to end supply chain from planning and procuring of raw materials, working with production planners on finished goods manufacturing ensuring dispatch of finished goods to ensure uninterrupted supply to dsm-firmenich’s customer
- Create supply plan in based on customer forecasts, adhering to the planning parameters and constraints set by supply site
- Develop the relationship with manufacturing sites to understand production constraints and deviation to delivery plan
- Communicate to stake holders and customers of any potential delays of orders and drive discussions for contingency and service recovery
- Create and communicate visibility of orders
- Account for monthly provision of inventory scrap / discrepancies
- Ensure close collaboration with customer facing teams to understand impact on inventory and manage all factors such as product seasonality, discontinuation and management of inventoried goods
- Respond to customer complaints and service deviations related to supply
- Proactively improve internal processes to ensure continuous improvement

**You bring**:

- Around 3- 5 years’ experience related experience;
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field;
- Excellent communication and team building skills;
- Skilled at working in a fast-paced environment open to constant change in demands;
- Excellent system and analytical skills (EXCEL is necessary, background in SAP is plus)
