Founded in 2020, Taki Pets is a Singapore-based brand of premium freeze-dried pet treats and meals.

As a company, we have a strong belief that our furkids deserve the very best that life has to offer. As such, we use high-quality restaurant-grade premium ingredients (e.g. Wagyu, King Salmon) to create the best pet treats for our furkids (Dogs, Cats).

In our next phase of growth, we are looking to further establish our market positioning in Singapore, and accelerate the expansion of our product lines, distribution channels, and regional presence.
- **About the internship**_

We are looking for a new Marketing & Brand Strategy intern to join our growing team of passionate and fun-loving individuals. Our Marketing & Brand Strategy intern will have an unparalleled chance to work directly with our founders, and partners (strategy & marketing consultants) on:
1. Supporting the development & execution of overall brand strategy of Taki Pets

2. Supporting the planning & execution of brand-building events

3. Direct exposure to execution of marketing campaigns (from working with key content partners, planning content & copywriting, to performance marketing)

4. Supporting the founder and core team on other business requirements as the need arises (like all start-ups, work is dynamic)

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Planning for and managing marketing campaigns in line with overall brand strategy

2. Planning & sourcing of influencers / KOLs to support brand building efforts

3. Managing performance of various campaigns in a quantitative manner
(_e.g. optimizing based on ROAS_, c_ost-per-impression_)

4. Supporting and managing social media accounts (_e.g. posting schedule, responding to inquiries etc._).

5. Supporting the organisation and execution of events (e.g community events / _engagement sessions with pet owners) _

6. Supporting the customer / partner relationship management processes (e.g. planning the engagement with partners, responding to partner enquiries)

7. Working closely with Founders & Consultants on various strategic projects (brand building / go-to-market, overseas expansion set-up, operations etc.)
- **Key requirements**_
1. Strong verbal and written communication skill

2. Openness to learn, and ability to adapt in a dynamic start-up environment

3. (Plus) Existing proficiency in design software (e.g. Photoshop, Canva etc)

4. (Plus) Existing proficiency in various campaign platforms (e.g. Meta Pixel/Google Ad Engine)

5. (Plus) Any previous experience in managing a brand’s marketing assets (e.g. Social media, campaign planning etc.)
