**Role Purpose**

As an associate with Fitch, we’ll collaborate with you to design and deliver training across a number of global markets programmes within banks, other financial institutions, regulators and multi-lateral organisations. Courses are delivered virtually, but also to in-house clients as well as public courses in various locations.

**Role Responsibilities**
- To assist in the preparation of training material
- To have a full understanding of the objectives of the course, the participants and training material

**Role Requirements Essential**
- You must have a proven track record of training, both virtual and in-centre, in a professional environment; ideally to graduate, analyst and/or intern programmes for leading financial institutions.
- Fluent in Korean & English; ability to train in both languages
- Extensive wealth management experience from within a leading institution
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
- Effective communicator with a passion for education
- A passion for delivering learning utilizing a range of methods to calmly and coherently explain complicated concepts in an entertaining and engaging way
- Strong levels of professionalism and cultural awareness appropriate to our industry
