Our client, a manufacturing company with global presence, is looking to hire a Corporate Strategy Manager to join their team.

[Job Description]
- Crisis Communication: Serve as a key advisor during crisis situations, developing and executing communication plans to mitigate risks and protect the company's reputation.
- Internal Communication: Oversee the development of internal communications, including executive messaging, employee engagement programs, townhall keynotes and corporate newsletters.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to corporate governance, data protection, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor corporate policies and procedures to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
- Work closely with appointed lawyers to draft, review, and assess legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to corporate planning and business operations.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, compliance, and reputational risks to the organization. Provide guidance on risk assessments and management strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define corporate strategy, set organizational goals, and identify growth opportunities through new business ventures, partnerships, and market expansion.

[Requirements and skillsets]
- Bachelor's degree qualifications
- Min. 6 years of relevant experience, in the areas of corporate planning/ strategy, corporate communications, compliance/ legal coordination
- Solid understanding of business strategy and the ability to assess, develop, and execute corporate plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
