Cleaning Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Manger to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.
- Assist the Manager in maintaining up-to-date asset list.
- Assist the Manager in scheduling for jobs and holiday leaves.
- Monitor performance and absenteeism of crew.
- Ensure that appropriate PPE are worn by relevant crew.
- Prepare overtime rosters for approval by the Manager.
- Check all equipment that require replacement or maintenance.
- Ensure company policies and standards are met by crew at all facilities.
- Liaise and monitor work done by outsourced contractors.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager or the Management.
**Preferred Requirements**:
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Valid Class 3 driving license is mandatory (able to drive home company vehicle).
- Physically fit.
- Good communication and organisation skills.
- Able to supervise staff.
- Honest and reliable.
- Team player.
Full-time and Part-time positions available.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
**Experience**:
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred)
