**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Valuation Analysis**: Conduct thorough research and analysis of various types of properties including residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural to determine their market value.
- **Property Inspections**: Conduct on-site inspections of properties to assess their condition, location, and other relevant factors that may impact their value.
- **Data Collection**: Gather and analyze relevant data such as property sales records, market trends, zoning regulations, and comparable property values to support valuation assessments.
- **Valuation Reports**: Prepare comprehensive valuation reports documenting findings, methodologies, and conclusions in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
- ** Client Communication**: Interact with clients to understand their valuation needs, address inquiries, and present valuation findings in a clear and professional manner.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing property valuation practices.

**Key Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in property valuation, appraisal, real estate analysis, or a related role.
- **Certification**: Possess or working towards professional certification such as RICS, API, or equivalent is preferred.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in conducting property assessments and preparing valuation reports.
