We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Product Manager, Securities Services Digital, Data & Innovation.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Product owner to drive the growth of digital & data capabilities as part of the wider Digital, Data & Innovation group within HSBC Securities Services
- Support the management of the digital & data agenda for the entire suite of Securities Services products
- Oversee product development from ideation to commercialization
- Assist in building a culture of innovation and experimentation
- Drive and ensure close alignment across Securities Services and work collaboratively with other teams in Markets, Client Coverage, as well as Transaction Banking teams to ensure cross-product, cross-business opportunities are realized
- Collaborate, co-create, and influence multiple regional and global stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Product, and external participants), with the ability to persuade and drive decisions
- Conduct client facing workshops to understand their digital needs and be their thought partner
- Create awareness and educate internal and external stakeholders on the Securities Services digital capabilities and aspirations
- Assist in defining the vision, strategy and roadmap for digital & data products including but not limited to digital platforms & channels, digital assets and data
- Assist in the creation of partnerships and co-creation opportunities with clients and vendors to ensure we are outpacing industry peers in both thought leadership and delivery
- Provide thought leadership, representing Securities Services externally in the field of digital & data including conferences, trade and client events
- Take a pro-active approach in monitoring the market and technology developments likely to be relevant to the Securities Services industry
- Represent Securities Services and contribute expertise in Group-wide digital & data initiatives
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience working in a significant digital product function in a large, complex organization
- Strong influencer, capable of leading and inspiring others
- Proven track record in driving digital transformation and change
- Ability to empathise with clients and their business goals and transformation journeys
- Understanding of the latest technology design and development principles, along with methodologies
- Highly strategic and creative thinker
- Results oriented, able to drive a ‘think client’ approach within defined risk parameters
- Able to manage a complex and multi-disciplinary global environment (‘building bridges’)
- Leadership qualities of decision making, authority and people motivator
- Good communicator, both verbally and in writing
- To support the Digital, Data & Innovation Leadership team and act as proxy where required
- Able to work in pressurised environment and manage priorities effectively and be a good team player at the same time
