**About our group**:
**About the role - you will**:
Seagate Research Group is seeking Interns in the exciting area of Data Trust. This is a position for students pursing graduate or post-graduate studies in the area of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

The Intern will be involved in carrying out comparative analysis of true random number generators as well as evaluation of hardware security and countermeasures.

**About you**:

- Knowledge and familiarity with cryptography.
- Keen interest in data and hardware security.
- Be comfortable with development on Windows and Linux based operating systems.

**Your experience includes**:

- Understanding of mathematical principles such as linear algebra and statistics.
- Familiarity with hardware description languages such as VHDL, Verilog and FPGA development.
- Teamwork is a core competency at Seagate, Intern must be able to work and communicate effectively.
- Have experience in C/C++, Python programming.
- Comfortable working with Linux operating system.
