**Position Overview**
As a Retail Management Intern, you can expect lots of fun and challenges during your course of work You get to interact with people from all walks of life, introducing our products to them, and suggesting how our products can improve their quality of life by having our products in their homes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To promote and educate customers on the features and benefits of Sterra products.
- Understanding customers' needs and proposing relevant products to help with their issues.
- Learning to serve customers in a professional manner.
- Daily stock checking and reporting
- Provides insights and feedback to management to improve products and/or processes.
- Manage complaints and provides solutions to customers
- Stock replenishment requests
- Uphold and maintain brand image at all times
- Learn about running roadshow management, retail outlet management, and exhibition management

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in merchandising / commerce / business / marketing
- Experience in Retail sectors

**Working Schedule**: 11am to 9pm, 5 days work week, compulsory 1 working weekend. Rest days are flexible.
