**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute full dealing functions efficiently, including trade execution, order management, force-selling, and handling client enquiries across multiple markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, and the U.S.).
- Develop a strong understanding of clients’ investment goals and trading behavior; collaborate closely with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to support client needs through platform enhancements and new initiatives.
- Create and publish investor education content regularly across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Rednote) to drive client engagement and boost brand presence.
- Participate actively in projects to enhance trading system functions, improve risk management processes, and support business expansion initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, macroeconomic developments, and regulatory changes to provide timely market insights and updates to clients.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies in daily dealings.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required by management.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in the brokerage industry.
- Strong product and market knowledge in equities, ETFs, and options; proficient in both fundamental and technical analysis.
- Familiarity with Singapore, U.S., and Hong Kong capital markets, and understanding of margin trading, options handling, and corporate actions.
- Proactive, outgoing, and client-focused, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of client service commitment.
