This is global role covering process development, improvements & implementation, system supports including spec development, enhancements, troubleshooting, user testing and implementation, skillset development including process and systems training, business intelligence, analytics and metrics development, management and implementation.

The role will be supporting Global Commodity team, procurement across all manufacturing sites, inbound and outbound logistics, services and capex procurement as well as warehouse functions with their needs related to finding solutions for people, process and system challenges as well as short term backup needs.

This role is also tasked to work on cost reduction projects including working capital reductions and reporting to VP and C level management with their initiative, status and impact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the functional expert for all related Supply Chain (SC) processes including Sourcing, Purchasing, Services & Logistics.
Serve as the SC Systems Super User including existing system Oracle, E2Open, Kinaxis, Coupa, TMS as well as any new systems
Support other users in typical and advanced questions that require research to solve and work with IT to provide specs, testing support and implement solution in the functional area.
Coordinate and facilitate training for the new hires, new functionality, and upgrades and periodic audit existing users for their process and system use.
Be a functional lead for changes/enhancements to existing systems including upgrades to current systems. Review Functional analytical needs and develop and provide solution and work with IT to develop automated solutions. Understand standardized departmental functions, processes, procedures, and systems. Identify opportunities for enhancements, develop and implement solutions Support Functional leader with special projects execution, reports or analytics compilation and short-term backup for critical positions

KEY REQUIREMENT 10 - 15 years of experience in Supply Chain mainly Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse and Planning related field. BA in Supply Chain Management or equivalent, or APICS certification a plus. Advanced PC skills, with emphasis on spreadsheet skills and ERP/MRP experience, Oracle & Kinaxis experience a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytic, project management and applied statistical skills. Strong problem solving, negotiation, and people skills are a must. Ability to effectively and professionally work under pressure, in a team oriented environment, with frequent changes in deadlines and priorities. Occasional travel may be required
